Launched to replace the much-lauded and much-loved DB11, the all-new Aston Martin DB12’s arrival coincided with the celebration of the brand’s 110thbirthday and three-quarters of a century of the famed DB ‘David Brown’ nameplate. However, be in no doubt; the new DB12 is a car that points most assuredly and most confidently to the future. Aston Martin describes the DB12 as: “The world’s first super tourer” – a title it expresses visually to dramatic effect. Muscular, athletic, and achingly handsome from every conceivable angle, the DB12 is unashamedly more aggressively styled than its predecessor. It sports a larger front grille, more prominent aero features, and ultra-advanced new LED Matrix technology headlamps. It is also the first production model to leave Gaydon proudly bearing the latest version of the brand’s iconic wings badge.
