The theme for International Womenu2019s Day on the 8th March 2022 is Break the Bias, but at H.R. Owen Bentley weu2019ve long celebrated the role that women have played in building the success not just of our business, but of the overall Bentley brand too.
Bentley is a strong supporter of increasing the presence of women in the automotive industry, and sponsored Autocar magazineu2019s Great Women Rising Stars initiative in 2021.
Whatu2019s more, three of Bentleyu2019s own stars were also recognized by the Automotive 30% club u2013 which is striving to increase the number of female workers in the automotive industry u2013 in its 2020 Inspiring Automotive Women Awards, following on from Bentleyu2019s four winners in 2019.
