The Eletre X is the first Lotus built on the new X-Hybrid architecture – a hyper-SUV that pairs the silence and instant response of electric motors with the extended range capability of an onboard power generator. The result is exceptional performance, effortless journeys, and fewer stops at public charging stations.
Two electric motors deliver a combined output of 952 PS and 935 Nm of torque, together with all-wheel drive traction, launching the Eletre X from 0-62 mph in just 3.3 seconds. The 70kWh battery provides up to 350 km of pure electric range (WLTP), while a high-efficiency 2.0-litre engine works quietly in the background as an onboard generator to extend maximum range to more than 1,200 km (WLTP).
This transcontinental ability, matched to charging from 20-80% in as little as nine minutes on a 350kW DC charger, make even the longest journeys seem effortless. And weighing up to 120kg less than the Eletre 900 EV, the Eletre X feels more agile and responsive and delivers the ride and handling that drivers expect from a Lotus, enhanced by custom-developed Pirelli P Zero LTS tyres and 6-piston Brembo brakes.
