Purposeful by Design

The new Supersports is the most purposeful Continental GT ever created, with every exterior change engineered to add downforce or save weight. A new front bumper integrates the largest splitter ever fitted to a Bentley road car, flanked by stacked carbon fibre dive planes and cooling channels that feed the engine and front brakes. Above it sits a laser-cut aluminium mesh grille unique to Supersports, while new side sills, B-shaped fender blades, a rear diffuser and a fixed rear wing generate more than 300kg of additional downforce compared with the Continental GT Speed.

Inside, the two-seat cabin is inspired by the energy and precision of motorsport. New lightweight sports seats with deeper bolstering and carbon fibre shoulder sections sit lower in the car, while the rear seats make way for a carbon fibre tub wrapped in leather. High gloss carbon fibre veneers, leather and Dinamica create a focused yet unmistakably Bentley environment, completed by Supersports embroidery and an individually numbered badge on the centre console. Customers may even request a specific build number from the 500 examples hand-crafted in Crewe.

Pure Performance

The Supersports is powered by a pure internal combustion, twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 with a strengthened crankcase, uprated cylinder heads and larger turbochargers. Producing 657BHP and 800Nm, it delivers the highest power density of any Bentley engine. Power is sent exclusively to the rear wheels through a redeveloped eight-speed dual-clutch transmission with sharper, faster shifts, propelling the Supersports from 0-60 mph in just 3.4 seconds on the optional Trofeo RS tyres. A full-length Akrapovič titanium exhaust gives the cross-plane V8 a deep, authentic voice, with no artificial enhancement in the cabin.

Weighing less than 2,000kg, the Supersports is the lightest Bentley in 85 years. An electronic limited-slip differential, torque vectoring by brake, rear-wheel steering and Bentley Dynamic Ride combine to deliver razor-sharp turn-in and exceptional traction. With the optional Pirelli Trofeo RS tyres fitted, the Supersports corners approximately 30% faster than a Continental GT Speed, with up to 1.3g of lateral grip. Three drive modes, Touring, Bentley and Sport, together with configurable ESC settings, allow you to tailor its character from refined grand tourer to fully unassisted driver’s car.
