The new Bentayga Speed is the most powerful, most dynamic and most exhilarating Bentayga yet. This performance flagship eclipses even the W12-engined predecessor, powered by a twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 engine that produces 650PS and 850 Nm of torque. Capable of accelerating from 0-60 mph in just 3.4 seconds with a top speed of 193 mph, peak torque is delivered between 2,250-4,500 rpm, creating the characteristic Bentley “torque plateau” that provides an effortless wave of acceleration. As standard, the Sports exhaust system delivers a rich, powerful engine note through two elliptical tailpipes, while the optional Titanium Akrapovic Exhaust with quad tailpipes accentuates the power and drama of the V8 for an even more thrilling soundtrack.
The Bentayga Speed features the most dynamic chassis set-up ever offered on a Bentayga, including the ability to generate on-throttle slip angles for the first time. An enhanced SPORT chassis mode delivers a 15% increase in suspension damping stiffness, increased steering response and enhanced torque vectoring. Optional carbon ceramic brakes unlock ESC Dynamic in SPORT mode, which relaxes ESC intervention to permit even steeper drift angles and includes Launch Control, a first for any Bentayga model. All-wheel steering provides sharper turn-in at low speeds and improved stability at high speeds, while torque vectoring by brake allows more power to be put down during corner exit.
The exterior design makes a powerful statement with dark tint brightware, Speed badges on the front doors, and unique Speed headlamps with dark tint internals and bezel. Standard 22″ Speed wheels come in dark tint or silver, while for the first time in Bentley’s history, optional 23″ Speed wheels are available. Painted brake calipers are on offer in seven striking colours, while the optional Speed black roof in gloss or satin finish creates an assertive visual impact that includes the lower section of the tailgate spoiler.
