H.R. Owen, the UK’s leading luxury automotive dealer group, is seeking a Brand Manager to work with Bentley in Surrey. We’re looking for someone that is able to provide the best possible service to staff and customer, while maintaining a satisfactory profit contribution.
The Bentley Brand Manager will work with a variety of Bentley vehicles, so will need an encyclopaedic knowledge of the entire range, as well as competitor products. It is imperative that the Brand Manager ensures that ongoing development support is given to the outgoing business unit, and that the development of Sales, Service and Parts department plans is also contributed to.
The type of person we are looking for:
- You will have previous Brand Manager experience or equivalent with a prestige or premium vehicle brand.
- You will have experience achieving plans and budgets, ensuring optimum use of all material, financial and personnel resources.
- You will be able to grow and development Sales, Service, Bodyshop and Parts Departments.
- You will have a passion for the luxury industry, be able to recognise excellence and have a basic knowledge of the brands H.R. Owen work with.
- You will be proactive and able to take ownership of your role, with strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems.
- You will be confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Experience with Kerridge is desirable.
- You will have outstanding interpersonal skills. You will communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels across the company.
