H.R. Owen, the UK’s leading luxury automotive dealer group, is seeking a Vehicle Appraiser. We’re looking for someone that’s able to monitor to accurately appraise vehicles identifying any potential concerns / issues prior to the acquisition for group stock.
The Vehicle Appraiser will need to be able to correctly interpret Customer or internal instructions and complete appraisals and associated documentation, so attention to detail is a must. The right candidate will also be able to maintain good working relationships with Customers and other dealership staff.

- You will be proactive and able to take ownership of your role, with strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems.
- You will be able to ensure that all the necessary information is obtained and recorded, as required by documented procedures.
- You will be able ensure that the laws relating to trading standards and sale of goods are not infringed.
- You will have a passion for the luxury industry, be able to recognise excellence and have a basic knowledge of the brands H.R. Owen work with.
- You will be confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- You will have outstanding interpersonal skills. You will communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels across the company.
