H.R. Owen is seeking an exceptional Product Genius Showroom Host to join the team at the world’s flagship Bentley dealership. This is an exciting opportunity to represent one of the most prestigious automotive brands in the world, while delivering a customer journey that reflects the very highest standards of luxury.
Within this role, you’ll act as an ambassador for both H.R. Owen and Bentley, ensuring that every guest receives an unforgettable welcome, while supporting the sales team with expert product knowledge, seamless administration, and showroom excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver an impeccable welcome to all visitors, ensuring a luxurious, friendly, and professional showroom atmosphere.
- Identify the purpose of the visit and progress the experience to the relevant area of the business.
- Provide in-depth product presentations that showcase Bentley’s craftsmanship, innovation, and heritage.
- Support the Sales Department to achieve the set objectives.
- Assist with customer events and marketing initiatives to help drive market-leading sales volumes.
- Be a trusted source of knowledge for both clients and colleagues, always delivering service to Bentley’s exacting standards.
- Sell Merchandise and order stock to ensure maximum financial return.
- Assist the sales team with new and pre-owned vehicle handovers.
- Ensure that perfecting standards are maintained within all customer facing environments within the dealership.
The Person We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within the luxury sector (automotive, retail, or hospitality) or operating with High-Net-Worth Individuals.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership of tasks, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to adapt to different audiences.
- A passion for luxury, with an understanding of what excellence looks like.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- A confident, professional, and approachable manner with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- The ability to balance exceptional customer service with commercial awareness.
