Every wheel receives an ID, marking for traceability in the future, then the wheels is dipped in a non-acid stripping tank for several hours, then primed according to original specifications. The colour is re-applied, using a powder lacquer to complete the finish. We have facilities to rest the wheels in an oven to fully cure new paintwork, leaving the rims looking as good as new.
