As with the other two new Mulsanne models, the Mulsanne Extended Wheelbase features new adaptive LED headlights, bumpers, bonnet, radiator shell and wings. It also shares the striking new radiator grille with vertical stainless steel vanes through which one sees the Bentley matrix mesh. The all-new bumper is flush-fitting and adds to the assertive visual impression by making the front of the Mulsanne appear lower and wider.
By extending the roofline upwards by 10mm whilst providing an extra 250mm of legroom, Bentley’s designers have kept the poised proportions of the Mulsanne whilst creating a rear compartment of exceptional space and luxury. The large glass sunroof adds to the sense of light and space, and the exterior powerline and rear haunch are unique to the new Mulsanne Extended Wheelbase.
Optional airline-style reclining seats include electrically-deployable footrests, full angular adjustment and telescopic fore and aft adjustment. An elongated central console features controls for the seat heating, ventilation, sunroof and electric curtains. Deployable tables are an option for passengers who wish to use their Mulsanne as a mobile office and communications centre.
