Rolls-Royce Motor Cars London’s aftersales facility forms part of the H.R. Owen aftersales “super-site” in North West London. Alongside our factory trained Bugatti, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati and Bentley technicians, the dedicated Rolls-Royce technical staff provide a one-to-one personal service for all Rolls-Royce servicing requirements.
We use only the very latest manufacturer approved diagnostics and tooling whilst our team of service engineers have all undertaken intensive training programmes at the manufacturing plant/headquarters in Goodwood and are continuously updated on processes and service procedures.
Personal aftersales service is provided by a dedicated service advisor who looks after both customers and their vehicles. They are available 24-hours a day, seven days a week on a unique telephone number given only to Rolls-Royce owners.
