Job Description

  • To examine vehicles and produce estimates for repairs, liaise and negotiate with Customers and Insurance Companies as required.
  • To monitor estimate/conversion rate.
  • To ensure that all the necessary information is obtained and recorded, as required by documented procedures.
  • To maintain appearance and manner in order to present the best possible image to Customers in accordance with Company Policy.
  • To maintain good working relationships with Customers and other dealership staff.
  • To record any Customer complaints or nonconformance of the Quality System and implement appropriate corrective action by following documented procedures.
  • To carry out any further duties, within capabilities, when requested by management.  These may include visiting Customers and working outside normal hours.
  • To comply with the Quality and Health and Safety Standards agreed within the dealership in accordance with established policy and procedures
