Jack Barclay debuts the Brooklands
Jack Barclay revealed the forthcoming model to the public at the June Motorexpo show in Canary Wharf.
Jack Barclay was fortunate to be given the opportunity to show the forthcoming Bentley Brooklands to the public at the Motorexpo show held at Canary Wharf in June.
The Bentley Brooklands is the world’s most exclusive coupe who’s sporting design cues are matched by the most powerful V8 the company has ever produced – a 530bhp, twin turbocharged 6.75-litre unit that also produces a prodigious 1050Nm of torque.
Limited to only 550 examples, the Brooklands was inspired by the exploits of the immortal ‘Bentley Boys’ on the famous Brooklands race track in the 1920’s and represents the ultimate Bentley: a stylish, four-seat, grand touring coupe with classic British proportions and muscular performance that marks the company’s return to the luxury coupe market and reaffirms its reputation as creator of the world’s most exclusive automobiles.
Set in a unique environment in the heart of London’s vibrant financial district, the Motorexpo is unlike any other motor show in the world. During Motorexpo week the Canary Wharf estate is literally transformed into a giant showroom for the latest vehicles, enabling Canary Wharf workers and visitors to view the latest vehicles right on their doorstep. Since the first Motorexpo ran in 1996, the working population based on the estate has grown from 13,400 to over 90,000, and the show offers them the opportunity to get up close to the cars on display.
Positioned inside the iconic 800-foot tower of One Canada Square (the tallest building in the UK), the Jack Barclay stand provided the perfect environment for visitors to view the Bentleys, enjoy a glass of champagne and discuss the cars in depth with the sales team.
