• to waive the cost of your loan vehicle, collection and delivery if your BMW has to be returned to us (subject to motor insurance and availability of all mobility requirements)
• not to keep you waiting for more than ten minutes in our reception area
• to give you a booking date for Aftersales services within three days of your original call
• to explain the work our BMW Approved Technicians have undertaken on your BMW in a clear and comprehensive manner (invoice excludes all lease company, SI, TLC and Warranty claims)
• to wash and vacuum each BMW to a professional standard as part of our service package
