The partnership between H.R. Owen and Rolls-Royce dates back to 1932, when Captain Harold Rolfe Owen established his dealership in Mayfair’s Berkeley Street. Eighty years later, the relationship remains a close one, with H.R. Owen a leading retailer of Rolls-Royce automobiles.
At the Rolls-Royce Motor Car London showroom in Kensington, our aim is to give customers a standard of service that reflects the quality of the vehicles. Our staff extends an equally warm and courteous welcome to first-time customers and those who have been part of the H.R. Owen “family” for many years. At the same time, we avoid intrusive sales tactics in favour of a relaxed, unhurried environment where patrons are given time to make their own decisions.

Our aftersales technicians have received full accreditation from Rolls-Royce, and their knowledge of the latest developments is regularly renewed with training courses at the manufacturer’s Goodwood plant. As well as repair and maintenance services, our technicians are adept at carrying out the bespoke modifications that over half of our customers request. Owners are assigned their own Service Advisor, who is available on a dedicated telephone number to respond to queries and book aftersales appointments.
