Bugatti out in force at La Vie en Bleu

Jack Barclay, the UK's sole authorised Bugatti dealer supported the second running of the Bugatti Owner’s Club ‘La Vie en Bleu’ over the weekend of 24th /25th May. 6 Veyrons were present for some quick runs up the hill which is owned and operated by the Bugatti Club and Bugatti Trust.
The Club is the strongest member’s club in the world and it’s believed that 6 Veyrons in one place outside of the factory is indeed a ‘first’ for the UK. A 5,000-strong crowd weren’t put off by the appalling weather that gave the Sunday drivers a good dowsing.
Commenting on the weekend's activity, the Bugatti spokesman said "It’s a shame that the Sunday crowd didn’t get to see Pierre-Henri Raphael in the dry on Saturday. He got the Veyron hooked up off the line perfectly. It’s an unbelievable sight - using launch control, the 7 speed DSG ‘box and all-wheel-drive, the entire 1000 hp is available immediately and absolutely launches the Veyron off the line in an uninterrupted torrent of brutal power. Standstill to 100 mph in 5.5 seconds is Formula One-quick."
